The Emerging Leadership Conference (ELC) is an invitation-only event designed for the next generation of leadership in the hospice industry.

The inaugural 2024 ELC will be hosted on October 8-9th at the Holston House in Nashville, TN. We aim to bring together future C-level executives and emerging management from hospice organizations across the country.

The ELC focuses on nurturing future leaders in the hospice sector. Each attendee, poised to ascend to C-level positions, brings a unique mix of attributes and budding accomplishments vital for shaping the future of hospice care.

At the ELC, our Think Tank format not only facilitates the transfer of critical information but also fosters lasting relationships among emerging hospice leaders and industry sponsors, culminating in impactful service within our field.
